Map Details for Norsham by Night – set in United Kingdom
This is one of the nighttime series of maps that depicts a city from about 20,000 ft at night, showing the lights of the city. Research for this map included studying aerial and satellite images of cities in northern England. The fascination with the merging of older places into one large city, in this case at night, was the main inspiration. The lights are drawn one at a time and reflect the accurate colors of street lights in this part of the world.
