Refund policy

Returns can be made for damaged or print errors, but we are sorry that they cannot be made for incorrect size or ordering the wrong item. We unfortunately are not able to refund orders for buyer’s remorse or provide size exchanges as all items, unless otherwise stated, are custom print-on-demand. 

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please get in touch with us through the Contact page.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, please contact us no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Artimaps reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
