Map Details for Contomaco - set in Mexico
This is a variation of one of the building silhouette maps that portrays the outlines of the structures in an area and the water, leaving the voids to be interpreted (roads, railways, parks). Some maps are drawn because I realize that I have not set a map in a certain part of the world before and I then become fascinated with an area. In this case a medium sized city in southern Mexico. This is a well-established city that also has a fairly new vehicle factory on the outskirts.
